Follow-Up
Lactation Consultation
In-person, this session will help you with any issues related to breastfeeding and include a latch and weight assessment. Mental health may also be discussed at this appointment.

Online only (at this time!), this is for individuals who want to optimize their health and participate in weekly check-ins. Rates include initial and all follow-up appointments.

Online and in-person, this is for individuals who want to address pregnancy-related nutrition concerns, manage health conditions during pregnancy, or simple have support for optimizing pre- and postnatal health. Rates include initial and all follow-up appointments.
